When a user requests for tax exemption certificates, GlobalSadaqah collects the donor information on behalf of the donor and transfers the information to the charity issuing tax exemption receipts. The information is given via securely encrypted files and only to authorised agents for processing. Tax exemption receipts are issued by the charity partner and sent to the physical address of the donor.
GlobalSadaqah does not take any responsibility on the issuance of the receipts, nor makes promises on the time it would take for issuance of the receipts. Everything is handled by the charity partner.
